It Begins
Dear one and all,
I love movies and I have opinions on those movies ergo I have decided to share such thoughts with the rest of the world, though this most likely won't reach further than the Northwest but here we go. Doesn't everyone just love other people's opinions, especially when you don't ask for them, on the other hand if you are still here than you must enjoy it somewhat.
Let me get straight to the point, I watch a lot of movies, practically one per day and some I adore and some I think should be destroyed with every means possible. My hope for this blog is to review a film everyday. I have a variety of different ways to grade each film.
Here is my grading method:
The Trailer; is it an actual preview of the film or does it lead you astray?
The Plot; is it predictable and are you invested?
The Characters; was there depth to the character? Was there any development?
The Ending; was it a happy, good, satisfying, or bad ending?
Those are pretty much what I'll be looking in to when I watch these films. If you have any other points that I should look in to go ahead and tell me and I shall pay further attention to them. Once again this is my opinion it does not truly matter what I think, do no simply dismiss or love a movie because I did. Also, Rotten Tomatoes' ratings are ridiculously skewed towards the weirdest films, while artistic and fantastical in nature these films tend to be more for the film festival crowd than the everyday film goer.
Well, I hope I didn't overload you and maybe this will turn out to be quite an experience. Any and all comments are appreciated. Thank you for your valuable time. (I feel very Posh whenever I say that)
Toodles,
